This farm is in a panoramic place near touristic cities of the Costa Adriatica and close to Parco regionale del Delta del Po with Valli di Comacchio. Even if the farm area is quite small, about 5,5 hectares, the cultivations are various: cereals and beetroot are for the exportation, whereas fruits and vegetables are used for the restaurants, fresh and as jams, conserves, fruit juices, vegetables in oil, sauces. The farm has also "tartufigine" plants, that are local plants such as hazel trees that are treated with the "bianchetto" truffle that grows spontaneously in this zone.
Sopecialities: roastem meats and grilled vegetables and meats, traditional romagnoli courses, homemade pasta, such as garganelli, cappelletti, tortelli alle verdure, gnocchi alle erbe aromatiche and a lot more. The bread is homemade, cooked in the wood oven, where they also cook cakes, doughnuts, apple pies, and the typical biscuits called "zuccherini".
They cultivate cereals, fruits, vegetables.
